Welcome to my corner of the internet. I'm Josef Ameur, a Full Stack Developer and Project Manager based in Providence, RI and the Boston-Metro area. I'm hoping to find a position within the full stack world in which I can bring showcase my unqiue blend of creative and technical skills! After spending some time not working, I found myself more and more interested in software and game development; with dreams of creating my own apps, products and games. So I decided to jump into this world by enrolling in CareerFoundry's Full Stack Development Program and learning Godot on my own.

Hightlights of Career (So Far)

Out of college, I cut my teeth as a Director at Amherst Media, a local tv station in Western Massachusetts.

After a move to Austin, TX, I landed as a project manager in the tech industry where I contracted for Apple working on the TV App's backend and XML database.

Honed my data management and visualization skills at Deluxe Media, a leader in post-production and media services

I'm currently in the process of transitioning my career into the tech industry, with a focus on becoming a software developer and engineer!

Now that I'm wrapping up my coding bootcamp, I'm hoping to dive into the world of full stack development by finding a New England based or remote position. Check out my skills below, my work page, and reach out!
